Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and explain insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads assigned by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for field sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
