Relationship Manager - Mortgage Sales - Direct Credit
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales.
- Develop a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Collect and verify documents for loan applications.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections.
- Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management on market and customer insights.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 4 7 years of experience in sales of mortgage loans
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of local property markets and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Corporate DSA.
- Understanding of credit underwriting and basic financial concepts
- Existing network of builders, property agents.
