Relationship Manager - Mortgage Sales - Direct Credit

  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Collect and verify documents for loan applications.
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
    • Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections.
    • Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
    • Provide feedback to management on market and customer insights.
    Key Requirements:
    • Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
    • Experience: 4 7 years of experience in sales of mortgage loans
    Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Customer-focused approach
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
    • Knowledge of local property markets and documentation
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Corporate DSA.
    • Understanding of credit underwriting and basic financial concepts
    • Existing network of builders, property agents.
    • First month 1X of Employee s salary profit revenue.
    • Second Month 2X Employee s salary profit revenue.
    • Third Month 3X Employee s salary profit revenue.
    • From fourth month s onward 5X Employee s salary profit revenue.
