We are looking for a dynamic and confident Relationship Manager (Field Sales) to join our growing team. The role involves acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through field activities.This is an on-ground sales role and ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, handling challenges, and growing in a sales-driven environment.

• Key Responsibilities
  -Visit customers in the assigned territory on a daily basis
  -Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
  -Explain company products/services clearly to customers
  -Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  -Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  -Handle customer queries and provide timely follow-ups
  -Maintain accurate records and daily activity reports
  -Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  
• Eligibility & Requirements
  

-Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
-Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in field sales
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel
-Target-oriented with a positive attitude
-Ability to handle rejection and pressure
-Two-wheeler & Driving License preferred (if applicable)
