Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs. You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.
- Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.
- Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey.
- Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled-substance regulations.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided
- Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.
- Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.
- Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.
- Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.
Salary Range
$37.56 - $45.23 USD
