Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Saturday AM hours
SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Chagrin Falls, OH.

Your Role:
Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
Support families through parent training and consistent communication
Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
What You Bring:
1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
Reliable transportation to client homes in Chagrin Falls, OH
Active RBT Certification, RBT Training (40-hour course completed)
Job Details:
Part-time: 15 hours/week
Pay: $17–$22/hr
