The role
Nebius is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Security Manager to lead the protection of high-value assets across our supply chain operations throughout Europe. This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across multiple European countries, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for shaping and executing regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex cross-border logistics network, and leading the response to security incidents.
This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of security, logistics, and operations, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of Nebius’ infrastructure deployment across the region

Your responsibilities will include:
- Own and lead supply chain security across Europe, with full accountability for regional risk and performance
- Serve as the primary authority and escalation point for all supply chain security matters within the region
- Ensure the secure transportation, storage, and handling of high-value assets across all European supply chain nodes
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies
- Establish and enforce security requirements across logistics partners, including Third-Party Logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and vendors
- Conduct risk assessments across cross-border transportation routes, warehousing, and delivery operations, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead end-to-end response to security incidents (e.g., theft, loss, disruption), including coordination, investigation, and resolution
- Drive continuous improvement of supply chain security capabilities, including tools, processes, and partner performance
- Monitor and report on regional security performance, risks, and trends, providing clear and actionable insights
- Partner closely with global supply chain security, logistics, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and scalability
- Ensure alignment with relevant regional regulations, standards, and compliance requirements across European markets
Operational Scope
- Oversight of a multi-country European supply chain network, including cross-border transportation lanes, warehouses, and delivery operations
- Engagement with logistics partners and vendors across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments
- Travel across Europe required for site visits, audits, and incident response
We expect you to have:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
- Additional European language(s) are a strong advantage
- Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management
- Proven experience managing operations or security across multiple European countries
- Strong understanding of cross-border logistics and associated risks within Europe
- Experience working with logistics providers, including 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Demonstrated experience leading incident response and managing complex security events
- Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse, international teams
- Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chains (e.g., data centers, electronics, technology hardware)
- Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security
- Familiarity with supply chain security technologies (GPS tracking, geofencing, monitoring platforms)
- Experience working in a global organization with cross-regional coordination
Operational Expectations
- Responsibility for leading response to critical supply chain security incidents, including outside standard working hours
- Operates in a multi-time-zone, cross-border environment requiring flexibility and coordination
- Supported by global and regional teams, with clear ownership of security outcomes within Europe
