We are currently looking for a Regional Service Development Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA/West Region. Job Summary: Supports and monitors regional aftersales programs to help Fixed Operations Managers (FOMs) drive parts and accessories performance, ensuring consistent execution, providing training and performance support, and contributing insights to strengthen current and future regional initiatives. A Day in the Life: Partner with Fixed Operations Managers (FOMs) to develop and execute strategies that drive parts, accessories, and service growth across assigned dealerships. Support achievement of regional sales and performance objectives through ongoing monitoring, trend analysis, and development of corrective action plans. Identify dealership aftersales potential and work with regional leadership to prioritize opportunities and close execution gaps. Support rollout, communication, and adoption of national and regional aftersales programs and initiatives. Promote consistent service lane processes that increase customer traffic, retention, and revenue. Assist dealerships with the effective use of service operations technology, including online scheduling tools and digital service solutions. Analyze sales, program, and market performance and provide insights and recommendations to regional and national management. Support development, coaching, and performance management of assigned regional analysts and/or contract resources. Partner with FOMs and dealerships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall aftersales performance. Qualifications Strong understanding of dealership aftersales operations and Nissan Aftersales programs. Experience supporting sales strategy, performance analysis, and program execution in a regional or field-based role. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with dealership and regional stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. Comfortable working independently in a virtual, field-facing environment. Proficiency with PC-based applications, spreadsheets, and sales-related systems. Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer- and results-focused mindset. Who We’re Looking for: Required: Bachelors degree from a 4 year college or university in a related field required Minimum of 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience including: Experience in a field support role (ex. Fixed Operations Manager, Dealer Operations Manager) Experience within the Aftersales function. Experience may span dealership, regional, headquarters/corporate office environments within aftersales. Prior supervisory and direct sales experience is preferred. Irvine California United States of America Salary Range: $97,745.00 - $172,830.00 Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: (Minimum to Maximum of Salary Range noted here). This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that it is uncommon for an employee to be placed at either end of the range.
