Regional Recruiter
Gray Healthcare is seeking an experienced and highly organised Regional Recruiter who will lead high-quality recruitment activities while also providing essential operational administrative support across the operations department.
This position is ideal for a proactive Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
As part of our Operations and Quality teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services remain well-staffed, compliant, and operationally supported, contributing directly to the delivery of outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities of Regional Recruiter.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across the region.
- Partner with recruiting managers to identify workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Lead and support attraction events, careers fairs, and promotional activities.
- Develop and deliver engaging recruitment content for social media and job boards.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various platforms.
- Organise and attend interviews, including booking venues and managing logistics.
- Conduct assessments, providing selection recommendations and making job offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and effective candidate relationships.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, KPIs, and data in line with GDPR.
- Support bespoke recruitment campaigns, including those for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide general administrative support to departments, including Operations, Clinical,
- HR, Quality Assurance, and Learning & Development.
- Handle enquiries professionally across phone, email, and written communication channels.
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of compliance documentation and operational tasks.
- Input, extract, collate and summarise data from multiple systems to support reporting and operational decision-making.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping across applicant tracking and operational platforms.
- Welcome visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support meeting arrangements, service audits, and cross-departmental business activities.
- Maintain up-to-date market information on salaries and recruitment trends.
- Manage sensitive information in line with GDPR and internal protocols.
Essential Skills & Experience of Regional Recruiter
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative roles supporting multiple departments.
- Strong understanding of employment law related to recruitment.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
- Experience conducting a variety of interview formats and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or operational management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
- A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to work.

- Degree-level qualification.
- Experience within the Health & Social Care sector.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations or similar regulatory frameworks.
