The Regional Maintenance Program Manager is the accountable owner of maintenance execution, CMMS integrity, and vendor performance across an assigned geographic region. This role ensures that Aligned’s national maintenance standards are executed consistently at the site level through disciplined planning, auditing, QA/QC, and corrective action.
Serving as the primary execution arm of the national maintenance program, the Regional Maintenance Program Manager indirectly oversees the site level Maintenance Supervisors, enforces standardized scopes of work, and drives regional maintenance performance, risk reduction, and OpEx efficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Regional Maintenance Program Manager, you will:
Regional Execution of National Maintenance Standards
Ensure full regional alignment to standardized national SOWs, PM task lists, frequencies, and maintenance requirements.
Validate PM planning, sequencing, and scheduling across all sites in the region.
Partner with Maintenance Supervisors to ensure PM work quality and documentation consistency.
CMMS Governance & Documentation Integrity
Own CMMS data accuracy for the region, including PM schedules, asset hierarchies, and documentation standards.
Audit PM and CM work orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to required documentation protocols.
Coordinate with national leadership to implement CMMS improvements.
Maintenance Planning & Forecasting
Build annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans for all assigned sites.
Support PM and corrective maintenance prioritization, outage planning, and scheduling.
Align plans with staffing availability, vendor schedules, and operational risk windows.
Vendor Oversight & Performance Management
Audit vendor performance, confirm adherence to contractual scope, and validate PM completion quality.
Address vendor deficiencies, scopes of work deviations, and recurring gaps.
Support vendor escalations and serve as the first point of contact for critical maintenance concerns.
Support to Site Operations
Provide SME-level support to sites during high-risk maintenance evolutions.
Assist in risk reviews, MOP/SOP validation, and maintenance readiness planning.
Coordinate regional spare parts strategy and ensure readiness for PM/CM activities.
Compliance & QA/QC
Conduct regular site visits to perform walkdowns, quality audits, and maintenance verification.
Ensure alignment with safety standards, LOTO compliance, documentation integrity, and PM quality expectations.
Implement corrective action plans for chronic maintenance issues or documentation failures.
OpEx Reduction & Efficiency Improvements
Identify cost-saving opportunities across regional contracts, schedules, staffing, and vendor scopes.
Provide input to national consolidation strategies and rate card alignment initiatives.
Track regional maintenance spend and support annual budget development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
7-10 years of experience in data centers, industrial maintenance, or mission-critical facility operations.
Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, controls, and reliability-driven maintenance practices.
Experience with CMMS governance, vendor management, and multi-site coordination.
Strong communication, planning, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to multiple sites within the region as needed.
