Regional IBB Lead Coordinator

We monitor the projects and applications that provide valuable information about our strategic business choices for the future. With project management on the large-scale material handling projects, timely support for technical questions or issues that arise during installation and operation, and by providing value-added solutions, with high-quality spare parts and life-cycle support, we ensure and increase loyalty to our brand. We are here to build lasting relationships with our customers and installed base to prepare them for the next sales interaction that adds value to their processes based on AmbaFlex technology.

As the Regional Install Base Business (IBB) Lead Coordinator you manage the leads out of our installed base in the service sales funnel and manage them into opportunities. You will qualify leads and collect relevant information that is required for Life Cycle Management. In order to prepare for related actions and offer the required solution for the customer as soon as the opportunity reaches probability. It's a dynamic and result-driven role focused on proactivity of our service activities and contribute to a higher level of customer satisfaction with the users of our products.

Responsibilities

As the Regional IBB Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and correct execution of work related to the result areas with the customer, department and team;

  • Guard AmbaFlex reputation as a reliable and professional business partner

  • Maintain a close business working relationship with AmbaFlex colleagues to provide you with the best customer solutions.

  • Keeping abreast of AmbaFlex sales, and service strategy to achieve AmbaFlex and Service related objectives.

  • Maintain a close business working relationship with AmbaFlex colleagues to bring the service sales related stakeholders together, to obtain and provide input to guarantee performance and quality.

  • Work/use and communicate according to agreed guidelines processes, and systems both internally and externally.


The objectives of the role, along with the resulting Top-Level Customer Service Objectives, are supported and ensured through the following key result areas:

  1. Increase revenue

  • Generate sales of proactive services products and solutions

  • Execute strategies to achieve regional revenue targets

2. Lead Management   

  • Qualify leads and prepare for offering phase.

  • Service sales funnel management, quality and timely follow-up.

  • Collect required and valuable information

3. Lead Generation

  • Support in initiatives in regional lead generation

  • Support during tradeshows in lead collection

4. Collaboration 

  • Achieve the best solution for the customer

  • Provide feedback and input to Installed Base Business team

  • Be flexible and support the continuation of inquiries in the process

5. Quality Improvement

  • Translate lost opportunity into lessons learned improvements

  • Drive automation on cold and low probability leads

  • Continues improvement of lead generation processes
