Regional Buying Manager - SEAPAC
HUGO BOSS are seeking an experienced Buying Manager to lead the buying function across the SEAPAC region. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the regional merchandise strategy, driving commercial performance and elevating the HUGO BOSS brand across DOS and E-Commerce channels.
Partnering closely with Planning, Merchandising and global stakeholders, you will lead a high-performing buying team and ensure the delivery of compelling product assortments that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
What you can expect:
- Develop and take end-to-end ownership of the SEAPAC Merchandise Strategy, translating top-line direction into execution at POS level
- Lead regional product initiatives that drive incremental growth, align with international market trends and meet customer expectations
- Create and manage the regional delivery calendar, balancing global and regional initiatives to maximise sales opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations and Training teams to ensure aligned execution
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with local, regional and global stakeholders to champion SEAPAC product requirements
- Lead and develop the regional buying team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned to HUGO BOSS values
- Conduct in-depth post-season analysis across DOS and E-Commerce to identify risks, opportunities and future actions
- Drive merchandise KPIs including sales, sell-through, EBIT, contribution margin and inventory outcomes
Your profile:
- 10+ years’ experience in Buying Management within fashion retail across Bricks & Mortar and E-Commerce
- Proven people leadership experience, managing direct reports
- Strong commercial and analytical capability with a customer-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate across complex stakeholder groups
- Business or Commerce qualification
- International or regional market experience
- Fashion or retail industry experience (essential)
