Who are you?
Job Context
Member of the local Opple Europe team
Direct report to Country Manager Germany
Works closely together with the other account managers in the region
Your responsibilities:
Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
Build the coverage in the assigned region
Win wholesale customers in the assigned region
Drive continuous business performance improvement based on challenging ambitions
Realize the top line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the head of sales
Build a business case in collaboration with the head of sales for business expansion in the assigned region
Maintain a long-term relationship with the customers
Execute the distribution
Gather and analyze market information and communicate with Opple marketing team
Meet the targets and budget
Manage internal relationships between channels and departments
To gather local market information and feedback via Market Intelligence / Marketing function
