REFASH Ecommerce Operations Intern_Aug 2026
Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
Shoot and measure merchandise
Edit and upload products
Order fulfilment
Warehouse management
Work closely with MY E-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Diploma/degree in the related field
Good command of English
Skilled in Microsoft Office - especially excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
