Job Responsibilities
Drive the full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions, taking ownership of the process and ensuring successful, timely hires.
Lead executive search projects, including market mapping, headhunting, direct outreach, and managing stakeholder expectations at senior levels.
Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies, providing market insights and adapting hiring approaches to business requirements.
Own and manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline, ensuring transparency, accurate forecasting, and delivery in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning on hiring priorities, supporting interview quality, and ensuring structured, objective candidate evaluation.
Consistently deliver against agreed KPIs and SLAs, with timely and proactive escalation of risks, blockers, or deviations.
Proactively source and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and international market research.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs and reduce time to hire.
Use recruitment analytics to monitor funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and consistency across all stages.
