Job Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions, taking ownership of the process and ensuring successful, timely hires.

• Lead executive search projects, including market mapping, headhunting, direct outreach, and managing stakeholder expectations at senior levels.

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies, providing market insights and adapting hiring approaches to business requirements.

• Own and manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline, ensuring transparency, accurate forecasting, and delivery in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning on hiring priorities, supporting interview quality, and ensuring structured, objective candidate evaluation.

• Consistently deliver against agreed KPIs and SLAs, with timely and proactive escalation of risks, blockers, or deviations.

• Proactively source and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and international market research.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs and reduce time to hire.

• Use recruitment analytics to monitor funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and consistency across all stages.
