Recruitment Partner, AWS
The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruitment Partner to join our team.
We are looking for candidates that have proven experience hiring security cleared professionals, along with comprehensive knowledge of the security-cleared talent landscape.
This is a full time permanent role requiring in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location (either Sydney or Melbourne).
You will help to transform talent acquisition by pioneering innovative sourcing strategies that connect exceptional professionals with exceptional opportunities. You'll be the catalyst in building world-class teams across AWS Australia, using your strategic insights and relationship-building skills to identify and engage top-tier talent who will shape the future of cloud technology.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of talent mapping, creative engagement, and collaborative relationship building. You'll dive into talent pools, craft compelling outreach strategies, and build meaningful connections with potential candidates across diverse technology roles.

Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with business in order to understand the roles and responsibilities, and utilise this information to develop effective recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management, gauging candidates for cultural alignment and motivation
• Ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilised, including but not limited to employee referrals, internal CRM, career portals, job fairs
• Be a subject matter expert on the talent market and offer ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range talent landscape
• Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
• Ensure a data-driven approaches in achieving recruitment operational excellence
• Ensure the ongoing education of hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practice and interview skills training
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience or similar, in fast paced environment
- Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
- Creative sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish active pipelines of external candidates
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills, with a laser focus on delivering outstanding business results
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations
- Experience in utilizing data and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals

Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience hiring in professions that meet a high security bar and/or comprehensive knowledge of the defense talent landscape- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience or similar, in fast paced environment
- Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
- Creative sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish active pipelines of external candidates
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills, with a laser focus on delivering outstanding business results
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
