Recruitment Intern (Tokyo, Japan)

Tesla is searching for a Recruitment Intern to join a rapidly expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping the company increase its high calibre team across Japan. Areas supported will include Sales, Service, Delivery & University recruiting.

- Work with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone and face to face interviews.
- Conduct screening calls
- Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the candidate tracking system.
- Place advertisements using online media and assist in managing the response.
- Help to organize recruitment events and marketing collateral
- Support projects to grow our future talent program offerings.
- Complete reference checks
- Be an active member of the HR community delivering an exceptional service to the business
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
- Additional ad-hoc duties may be required to be performed in addition to normal workload.
- You must be looking to pursue a career within an HR related area, and you will also be studying or have studied a related topic
- You will need to be able to take on the role full time for a 6-month period (fixed term contract)
- You will need to have a flexible approach to work and a 'can do' attitude
- Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing, and constantly changing company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to quickly develop strong, strategic, and positive working relationships across all levels and functions.
- Self-starting, with an organized and focused approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese is required.
