Job Title: Recruitment Administrator
Job Summary
The Recruitment Administrator supports the recruitment team by managing applicant data, screening candidates, and maintaining ATS and CRM systems to ensure an efficient and organized hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen applications from ATS and shortlist qualified candidates
- Create and update candidate profiles in ATS and CRM
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline updates
- Conduct basic background and reference checks
- Schedule interviews and support recruitment coordination
- Handle administrative tasks and recruitment documentation
Qualifications
- Experience as a Recruitment Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy
