Guidant Global is seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Recruitment Business Partner to support a brand‑new, high‑profile account in Scotland. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape an onsite recruitment service from day one and become a trusted partner to a broad stakeholder group.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Acting as the onsite recruitment expert across two Scottish locations (3 days per week onsite).

·        Managing the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle with precision and pace.

·        Delivering exceptional stakeholder engagement and advising hiring managers on best practice.

·        Driving direct sourcing through close collaboration with our Talent Attraction & Sourcing teams.

·        Providing market insight, salary guidance, and accurate MI to support smarter hiring decisions.

·        Managing external agencies when required.

·        Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and a consistently strong candidate experience.
