Recruitment Business Partner
Fixing finance - for real
Small businesses drive the economy. They build, hire, innovate, and take risks. But when they need financing, things still move at the speed of paper. Endless forms. Long approvals. Decisions based on history, not logic. We built BridgeFund to fix that. What takes weeks elsewhere happens here in hours. No endless paperwork. No waiting. No human bottlenecks. Just smart tech making fair decisions, fast. That is how we grew 74 percent last year, provided over 500 million euros in funding, and have closed 2025 profitably. To keep growing at this pace, we need great people. And we need someone who can own that responsibility end to end.
“At BridgeFund, recruitment isn’t about filling roles. It’s about deciding who gets to build the future with us.” - Aimée, Head of People
Your role as Recruitment Business Partner
As Recruitment Business Partner, you’re responsible for how BridgeFund grows. You own recruitment end to end, from the first conversation with a hiring manager to a signed contract and a strong start. You set the pace, keep momentum high, and make sure the right people join at the right time. Recruitment here isn’t a support task. It’s a core part of how we perform. You’ll be working side by side with hiring managers across the business, from tech and product to commercial and operations teams, you decide how to approach the market, where to search, and how to hire right without slowing down. You’re trusted to make calls, move fast, and keep quality high. In your first months, you’ll build a deep understanding of the business and our teams. Within a year, you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a steady force in a busy environment. You’ll play a key role in hiring around 65 people in 2026, helping BridgeFund grow without losing speed, quality, or culture.
