The Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Striveworks, you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to manage complex interview loops and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with our recruiting and people operations team as we scale.

Your day-to-day will include:
- High-volume coordination, managing complex interview loops from initial phone screenings to on-site interviews across multiple time zones
- Candidate communication via email and phone calls, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a seamless interview process
- Maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring that all candidate stages, scorecards, and feedback are up-to-date to support data-driven hiring decisions
This position offers a hybrid/on-site working environment at our office in northwest Austin, TX.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR admin, or executive assistant role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting to change
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a US person (a US citizen, a US national, or a Green Card holder)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $65,000–$80,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses.
