Recruiter – Medical Sales & Medical Affairs

To support ongoing growth across Europe, IQVIA is hiring a Recruiter in Poland to support recruitment for Medical Sales and Medical Affairs roles within the life sciences sector.

This role is suited to a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, candidate engagement, and operational recruitment work in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines.
  • Support recruitment reporting and activity tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ recruitment experience (agency, in‑house, or RPO).
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare or life sciences preferred.
  • Exposure to medical sales or medical affairs roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Fluency in Polish and other European languages is desired.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł74,600.00 - zł184,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
