That’s why we’re looking for a Recruiter who doesn’t just fill roles, but helps define what great talent looks like and how it contributes to our success.  In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, shaping how we hire, challenging assumptions, and ensuring every new teammate raises the bar. You’ll champion our culture throughout the candidate journey and create an outstanding experience for every applicant.  And you won’t be doing it alone - you’ll be part of a collaborative People team, working hand in hand with Aneta (our VP), Gosia, Klaudia, and Paulina as fellow Recruiters, and Ania, who drives our HR Tech & Data efforts. We also take our Slack culture very seriously - expect a variety of custom emojis that capture every possible emotion, reaction, and inside jokes.  Can't wait to meet you!
