Our EMEA Recruiting team at Tesla is looking for a highly motivated G&A Recruiter to support General & Administrative hiring across the region. This is a role for someone who takes real ownership, thrives in ambiguity, and brings creativity and pace to everything they do. When you’re doing something nobody has ever done before, the old ways often fall short - at Tesla, we expect you to challenge them.

This role will be based in London (preferred), with flexibility for Amsterdam or Berlin.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to assess talent needs, shape hiring plans, and own the full end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Set clear expectations on timelines and outcomes, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions with urgency and accountability
  • Use data to track, analyse, and optimize the recruiting funnel, hiring performance, and external talent market insights
  • Prepare and present concise weekly updates to stakeholders, influencing decisions through data and storytelling
  • Proactively source and attract high-quality passive talent using creative, non-traditional approaches
  • Champion and embed a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy across all searches
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while continuously raising the bar on how we recruit at Tesla
  • Proven experience sourcing, assessing, and hiring G&A talent at pace (experience in complex or fast-scaling environments strongly preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder partnership skills, with a track record of leading hiring conversations and influencing outcomes
  • High agency mindset - you take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Passion for recruiting as a craft, with a continuous improvement and learning mentality
  • Data-literate and digitally savvy, able to quickly adopt new tools, systems, and processes
  • Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and targets
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in offer negotiation and knowledge of employment legislation and market trends
