Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain organized and accurate candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and on social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
