Receptionist
This position exists to provide a welcoming environment to visitors, assistance to parishioners with various needs and administration support to parish staff in the carrying out of all ministerial programs and services. The Receptionist is the first face and voice of the parish to many who call or visit and a central figure in supporting the quality of parish life.
- Answer phones, assisting and directing callers in a professional manner.
- Welcome, assist and direct visitors to the Parish Center
- Maintain parish calendar with office manager
- Help maintain parish data base with office manager
- Schedule baptisms
- Maintain sacramental records and generate sacramental certificates.
- Print worship aids, flyers, bulletin inserts, etc.
- Schedule Mass intentions
- Provide general clerical services/support to staff as needed.
- Maintain neat and orderly office environment.
- Maintains office equipment in conjunction with the office manager.
- Assist with mailings and other duties as needed.
