What We Offer:
Competitive base pay between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills

About the Role:
In this position you will:
Maintain accurate records of incoming materials, including data entry, tracking product orders, and updating internal systems
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply issues
Inspect and verify received materials, identifying and escalating any missing or damaged items
Serve as a key liaison between vendors, service departments, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
Manage and update spreadsheets, reports, and order tracking systems to provide visibility into inventory and job status
Key Qualifications:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
Ability to type minimum 40 wpm
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communications skills
Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
