R&D – Voice AI Software Engineer

Software design and development experience on Android. Solid programming and debugging skills in languages such as JAVA, C/C++. Good understanding of Voice/Audio system architecture on Android. Experience and knowledge of Voice recognition area, such as TTS/ASR/NLU. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to collaborate across a globally diverse team. Team player, learn quickly with high motivation. The ability to provide solutions through technical research and competitive analysis will be considered an advantage. Knowledge in DL/ML, familiarity with technologies for model optimization and deployment, will be considered an advantage. It is good if candidates with experience in leading technical teams, as this will be considered an advantage. Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years' experiences, or Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years' experiences. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience. OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. Design/develop Voice AI architecture/software on Android for target requirement. Develop SDKs for target algorithm/model and sample applications on Android. Provide technical support to customer requirements and release version. Document and share knowledge with the team. Collaborate with other departments to ensure technical solutions meet the requirements.
