R&D Chemist
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Chemist to join our team in Pune, Monaghan, 411001, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working with Halliburton technology.
Roles and Responsibility
- Apply current laboratory HSE standards to solve technical problems and optimize processes.
- Participate in the research and development of new technologies, products, and services under the direction of experienced scientists and managers.
- Execute projects by choosing proper test methods and drawing meaningful conclusions from test data.
- Develop relationships through excellent communication skills and act as a key resource to provide innovative solutions.
- Establish working relationships with customers and internal technical communities.
- Contribute to Intellectual Property topics within their domain.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement: Master's degree in science or similar discipline, with zero to two years' experience, or Bachelor's degree and four years' experience.
- Skills acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Chemistry or a similar discipline.
- Experience in a related field, preferably with Halliburton technology.
- Strong understanding of chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
