Job Responsibilities :

The Marketing Channel Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving regional marketing performance for consumer electronics and gaming products. This position is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to retail environments, ensuring effective product launches and ongoing promotional activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the gaming mindset, retail business dynamics, and marketing trends, contributing to the brand’s growth and market share through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the execution of regional channel marketing strategies across Eastern Europe and CIS, aligned with commercial objectives and market needs.

  • Coordinate and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustain marketing programs to drive sell-through, revenue, and brand consistency.

  • Implement retail marketing initiatives, including in-store activations, merchandising, POSM deployment, and localized campaigns.

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns in line with defined objectives and OKRs; monitor performance and support optimization efforts.

  • Manage the regional channel marketing budget with full accountability for spend tracking, ROI measurement, and delivery within approved financial targets.

  • Work closely with global and regional teams to localize and deploy marketing assets according to brand guidelines.

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for distributors, retail partners, and agencies, driving alignment on co‑marketing and channel initiatives.

  • Assist in planning and executing regional events, including industry, retail, esports, and consumer engagement activities.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; provide insights to support marketing decisions.

  • Prepare regular reports on campaign execution, performance tracking, and market updates.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Approximately 5-8 years marketing experience preferably in the gaming/ tech or retail industry

  • Strong understanding on retail business and marketing especially in Consumer Electronics Retail in Eastern Europe and CIS regions.

  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives

  • Strong understanding of Gamer Mindset and the gaming and consumer electronics industry and requirements

  • Well versed in marketing trends, terminology and best practices

  • Willing to travel and work in a multi-national team of professionals

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish. Other applicable languages are a bonus

  • Good to have: Understanding of eSports
