Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a visionary and technically skilled AI Lead who leads the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on technologist who thrives in driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and delivering scalable AI systems that transform business operations.

As a core member of the AI team, you will lead the technical strategy, establish best practices for AI governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services, Power Platform, and MLOps will be central to success in this role.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise platforms
  • Champion Microsoft AI capabilities, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform Copilot Studio
  • Implement and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure, context-aware AI interactions across enterprise applications
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and advise on emerging Microsoft AI trends
  • Oversee end-to-end AI development, including data exploration, model training, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management using MLOps best practices.
  • Manage production operations for AI systems, including monitoring, incident response, and change management
  • Promote technical excellence through code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI models and processes
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI architecture and development using Microsoft technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated expertise with Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure AI Foundry
  • Solid programming skills in Python, with familiarity in key ML and data science libraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies: Visual Studio / VS Code, C# / .NET, TypeScript / JavaScript, SQL Server / T-SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and bias mitigation techniques (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a globally distributed team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Scientist are a plus
