You’ll support our administrative and accounting processes — ensuring accuracy, organization, and communication across global teams.
🧾 What You’ll Do

Process and reconcile invoices (Accounts Payable/Receivable)

Organize and maintain digital and physical records

Schedule and confirm shipment appointments

Communicate with vendors and internal teams

Prepare operational and financial reports
🧠 Core Skills & Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite — Excel skills are key
