業務内容：

R&Dエンジニアは、半導体シリコンウェハー生産に使用される『石英るつぼ』の研究開発に携わっていただきます

■お客様が求める高品質なシリコンウェハー生産や低コストプロセスを実現する石英るつぼの提案
■高品質・低コスト・高生産性を実現するための社内製造プロセスの提案・確立
■Ｒ＆Ｄプロジェクトに関連する実験の計画・実行・報告
■関連部門と協力しプロジェクトを完了させ量産を目指す

必要な能力・経験：

【必須】■高専または大学理系卒以上 ■新製品または新プロセス開発における2年以上の経験 ※第二新卒の方歓迎 ■英文資料の読解に抵抗のない方（翻訳機など使用可）
【歓迎】■半導体業界での就業経験または知識（特にシリコンウェハー関連プロセス） ■Stage-Gateプロセスを使用した新製品開発の経験 ■グローバル環境での就業経験

求められる知識・経験：

■技術バックグランドを活かした製造業での経験 ■製造業で求められる一般的な品質基準知識 ■プロジェクトなど部門をまたいだ業務遂行の経験

Crucible R&D engineer will lead to R&D activities related to new products and new processes for crucibles used in single crystal silicon ingot manufacturing process. This role requires the following responsibilities:

• Understand internal design constraints, manufacturing capability and impact on customers’ requirements.
• Together with Customer Support team, extract pains inside customer.
• Generate ideas to solve customers’ pains through crucible technology.
• Identify an opportunity to improve internal manufacturing process related to productivity or quality.
• Analyze the internal process with scientific approach to find a solution.
• Launch projects to materialize mentioned ideas and solutions.
• Plan and execute experiments related to the involved project.
• Communicate with relating departments to advance the project to commercial/mass-production level.
• Conduct IP analysis and generate new IP.
