🎯 TASKS
Activity 1: Quality Management
Guarantor of the Stock Quality Process implementation
● Be the promoter of the stock quality policy in the warehouse
● Ensure compliance with the application of quality processes, in particular the Quality Book in B return stations (clients returns)
● Ensure the training of the new operators, and organize the training for the new processes.
Audits to be performed on a weekly basis
● Quality audits at the B returns stations to ensure that the rules defined in the specification are well applied at Santa Oliva :
▪ Define the volumes, the right process in this WH (with the support & approval of the IM quality team)
▪ Complete the centralised file of KPI. The good implementation of the quality specifications
▪ Analyse the weekly KPI and establish an action plan when needed to improve the qualification process
● Audits of clearance online sales shipments to members to ensure the quality of the products and of the packaging :
▪ Define the volumes, the right process in this WH
▪ Complete the centralised file of KPI.
▪ Ensure the good implementation of the quality specifications
● Audit of process: to ensure that all process are well followed, define KPi’s and share them with the team
Improve the quality of the stock (physical <> IT stock)
Key contact to understand the local processes when investigating a stock data quality issue.
Support the deployment of new tasks and processes that will allow the stock data quality:
- local communication to the different teams
- follow deployment by monitoring the KPIs for STO
- List alerts and attention points that could prevent the objective of quality to be reached.
Animate a regular meeting with IM / STO to address the quality topics that have impacts on IM missions and objectives.

▪ Future actions Milestones review
● Qualification of the new topics and identification of the IM /STO interlocutors
Participants: STO managers, IM quality team, Stock data quality Manager, Clearance offline Manager, clearance online offer construction team.
Activity 2: Change Management
Support the IM BPO (Continuous Improvement team) to deploy the process and tools at Santa Oliva:
▪ Organize the communication with Santa Oliva's team
▪ Train the key users to any new IM processes and tools and make sure that all the impacted team of the warehouse will be trained by their managers
▪ Adapt the communication and training material in Spanish
▪ Collect the feedback/need for improvement from the warehouse and raise alerts
▪ Attend all the project committees to follow and understand in detail the purpose and the impact on the process, tool, and the organization.
▪ Attend the training sessions organized by the tech / project team
▪ Investigate any issue raised by IM BPO (ex : reasons for a deviating KPI)
Activity 3: Business Support
▪ Define and implement the stock revalorisation process in Santa Oliva: repacking, reparation, recycling. Follow the legal framework for the Spanish market
▪ Develop campaigns dedicated to repacked products online: home, high tech, mobile phone...
▪ Support the business development activities of Second Choice.
