Quality Serial Planning Specialist

Qualifications Technical engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing. or equivalent) Proficiency in English or German Good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry Responsibilities Quality planning for product in series, q uality responsible for product and process changes in series Execute quality tasks in MEC and MPPC, d efine, plan, and implement quality requirements (verification, controls) Update quality documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, Instructions) PPAP Ensure quality targets are met, c ontinuous improvement, c ommunication with customer Plan and conduct requalification, q uality planning during launch phase Participate in transfer team for smooth launch of new projects from PEP Support analysis of NIO parts during production runs (PPM target analysis for RUN3–RUN4 before SOP) Organize launch Q‑circle during ramp‑up (daily plant meeting, weekly meeting with PEP) Responsible for quality KPIs (PPM, scrap) during launch phase (SOP + 6 months) Support customer complaints 8D during launch phase (SOP + 6 months) Check compliance with requirements, c oordinate customer audits
