Qualifications Engineer degree in mechatronics or similar Very good English skills Quality core tools skills: APQP, FMEA, problem solving, 8D, PPAP, etc very good communication skills Experience in the automotive industry Responsibilities Act as an interface for IE team members within the PEP teams. Participate in P-FMEA meetings and implement the defined action items. Support the organization and evaluation of runs for new projects. Create technical specifications for equipment modifications. Prepare investment requests as well as BB forms. Review and adjust standard operation times (Te/Tm) in accordance with company standard guidelines. Ensure compliance of processes, operations, and equipment with company standards. Create product-specific work instructions. Responsible for maintaining and updating routings and relevant SAP master data. Responsible for the industrialization of technical changes and the introduction of new versions. Prepare MPPC process change requests and new version requests, including feasibility studies. Coordinate all activities related to process or product changes (internally and externally). Carry out MEC-related tasks under their responsibility. Ensure reporting to the MEC coordinator.
