In addition to participating in the review of engineering designs, we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities
Direct responsibility for customer impacting product quality issues in APJ coming from Sales, Technical Support Teams or Executives
Complete analysis of customer data and presentation to submitters
Work closely with the Engineering teams to resolve problems that are possible product defects
Work closely with functional groups including but not limited to Development Engineers, Services Engineering and Parts Planners within Dell to solution customer issues
Communicate directly with external customers to present our findings and propose/scope an appropriate remediation plan (if applicable), then finally hand over fully planned projects to the Dell Services Global Customer Field Action team for execution (if applicable).Proficient with Excel/Power BI and PowerPoint
Essential Requirements
12+ years IT/Technology industry experience
Experience with Executive escalations and customer interactions up to executive level
Experience in developing and improving standards around which others will operate
Understanding of six sigma and BPI processes and tools as well as statistics and forecasting methodologies
Fluent in English .Understanding of core engineering, manufacturing (for hardware) and procurement processes
Desirable Requirements
People management experience
Knowledge of the services organization. Strategic or out of box thinking addressing escalations
