Due to our continued growth, continuous improvement of processes, systems and product quality we are looking for a Quality Manager to strengthen our Finance team.

As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for setting up, managing and improving the entire quality policy within a Configure to Order (CTO) organisation. The focus is on quality assurance in engineering, assembly and service, on supplier quality and on reducing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ). Continuous improvement is a foundational element of this role.

Your main tasks:

• Lead the quality strategy & ISO system.

• Improve engineering quality (BOMs, specs, ECR/ECO).

• Strengthen FAT/SAT frameworks & quality gate.

• Drive 8D, CAPA, NCR management & FPY improvements.

• Boost supplier and customer quality.

• Support audits and ensure compliance.

• Lead the central Quality team.

• Advise the CFO on quality risks & financial impact.
