We are looking for an experienced Quality Leader to join our team. This person will be responsible for developing and overseeing the quality system, ensuring compliance with standards, and implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing the QA/QC team and the quality system
• Implementing projects to improve quality and operational efficiency in line with customer requirements and current standards
• Conducting internal, external, and customer audits
• Handling complaints, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (CAPA)
• Collaborating with customers and the production team on quality-related solutions
• Implementing new equipment and validation processes
• Conducting training sessions on GMP, quality, and FSC standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial quality role
• Knowledge of GMP, accreditation standards, and improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage teams and projects
• Good command of MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent English
