Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for IQC (Incoming Quality Controls), NC(Non-conforming) warehouse & EJT calibration daily operations & improvement projects.
• Accountable for EJT equipment periodic calibration, mater list maintenance and cost optimization.
• Optimize and introduce digital transformation for calibration process to reduce potential audit risks complying with ISO 13485. 
• Supervises daily work of IQC, NC warehouse operations & & evaluates team's performance.
• Creates a quality culture by driving quality improvement activities, drive zero defect culture expansion with other quality team member.
• Utilize proven interpersonal skills to communicate with direct colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Address waste during process study, ensures quality control while driving process effectiveness and efficiency improvement.
• Drive LEAN & Digital transformation within team, knowledge of streamlining & identifying different work flow processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years' work experience in Quality related field, supply chain experience.
• Team player, proven ability to lead team business achievement and drive cooperation with other teams.
• Familiar with ISO13485 and QMS system of medical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams with growth mindset, experience in LEAN & Digital transformation of quality process.
• Demonstrated ability to drive shop floor operation excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity.

Desired Characteristics

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a quality related position with master's degree is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral).
• Experience in leading and implementing change, prior shop floor management role experience is preferred.
• Experience in Calibration & Verification procedures is perferred, familiar with JJG/JJF procedures.
• Strong problem solving skills, exceptional collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
• Ability to multi-task & handle tasks with competing priorities effectively
• Strong LEAN mindset with prior practice of identifying waste and implementing continuous improvement.
