Quality Engineer

In November 2022, Latecoere completed the acquisition of Canadian-domiciled Avcorp Industries, becoming Latecoere’s Aerostructures Canadian unit.
QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER FUNCTIONS
- Work with production team to ensure delivery of compliant product on-time and on-budget.
- Participate and drive closure of non-conformances through the MRB (material review board) process.
- Identify when RCA’s (root cause analysis) are needed and participate in the successful implementation of corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers or suppliers. Maintain accurate and complete records in customer documentation portals.
- Provide technical direction to Quality inspectors and Quality technicians.’
- Present to management on various quality related performance metrics such as: rework, scrap, escapes, SNAGs, NCR's.
