This position reports to:
Quality Control Manager__
This role is contributing to the EL Service business in Xiamen China.
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Implement incoming quality control for components.
- • Conduct incoming inspections, sampling inspections, and CCC conformity assessments for low-voltage components.
- • To establish and maintain procedures and ensure effective implementation of the inspection plan.
- • Manage non-conforming goods, track and analyze incoming PPM metrics, and drive continuous improvement of supplier quality performance.
- • Lead supplier quality management activities, including new supplier evaluation and qualification, supplier quality audits, and collaborative quality improvement initiatives.
- • Handle customer complaints and on-site incidents related to electrical components, ensure timely resolution, and track root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- CET-4 or above, good written and spoken English skills.
- 2+ years of quality control or product engineering experience in electrical products (e.g., ACB, MCCB, relays, capacitors, etc.)
- Proficient in quality tools (e.g., QC tools, statistical analysis)
- Advanced MS Office skills; Minitab/Power BI experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Active working attitude and willing to take challenge.
