Quality Assurance Specialist (ISI)
Quality Assurance Specialist (ISI) role supports Cencora's patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada, implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting internal audits, and analyzing data to monitor compliance. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in quality assurance in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, and post-secondary education in a related discipline.
Requirements
- Implement quality assurance procedures as per regulatory, client, and internal requirements
- Conduct internal audits for assigned areas, processes/systems, and departments
- Analyze and evaluate data to monitor compliance and prepare written audit reports
- Support ISI teams with QMS requirements, including document control, training, and issue review
- Participate in new PSP Launch Projects and ensure all QA requirements are fulfilled
