You will have the unique opportunity to build and mentor high-performing teams across our Extensibility, Interoperability, and Habitat groups, ensuring our software continues to be intuitive and accessible for millions of global users.Key Exciting Responsibilities:Champion a shift-left QA mindset across European teams to integrate quality early in the development lifecycleBuild and lead a top-tier engineering team by overseeing high-quality hiring, onboarding, and continuous performance mentorshipDirect the strategic development of OKRs and KPIs to transparently track and elevate the QA team's impactOwn the quality roadmap for SketchUp’s AI-centric platform, coordinating release tasks and test plans to streamline design collaborationDrive operational excellence by identifying and implementing innovative process or automation changes that challenge the team to thriveEssential Skills & Experience:Technical degree or a non-technical degree paired with 2+ years of technical software experience5+ years of experience in manual or automation testing At least 2 years in a dedicated team leadership capacityNatural collaborator with strong communication skills and a deep familiarity with Agile software development environmentsProven track record in performance management and improving team productivityBonus Points For:Practical experience with AI implementation and testing methodologies Proficiency with 3D/2D modeling and visualization software, or real-world experience in the Architectural or Civil Engineering fields Previous experience managing direct reports in a multi-team environmentLogistics:Location: Leeds, London, Newcastle or UK - RemoteTravel Requirement: 10%About Us:Trimble is an industrial technology company transforming the way the world works by delivering solutions that enable our customers to thrive.
