Quality Analysis Technician

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technical or related field 2y+ experience and solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, such as root‑cause analysis, problem‑solving techniques, control plans, and process monitoring tools Good English and French language skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and accuracy in performing measurements, inspections, and documentation Ability to interpret technical data and quality standards Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams Responsibilities Perform analysis of quality defects detected during production. Supervise the implementation of all controls and measures specified in control plans and inspection instructions. Participate in the handling of customer complaints by analyzing defects and proposing corrective actions and improvement initiatives. Closely monitor repair operations and additional inspections on production lines. Supervise in-process and final quality assurance inspections and support decisions on the acceptance or rejection of product batches. Record analysis results and scrap data. Support shift leaders in employee training. Monitor performance with regard to key activity indicators (FTF, scrap, etc.).
