Apprenticeship to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Governance team. Full time, with potential for remote work.
Our team is exploring new and innovative ways to deliver our services. We welcome applicants who are open to new ideas and challenges in the areas of QMS, including but not limited to documentation management and key performance indicators. We are the QMS Governance team within Healthcare Quality (HCQ) Quality Governance.
As part of the team, you will join a culturally diverse group and have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting our goal of achieving process excellence while staying compliant.
Your Role:
- Be an open, collaborative team member supporting projects and initiatives within QMS Governance
- Manage controlled documents and user permissions in electronic Documentation Management Systems
- Manage and monitor records in internal tools (e.g., Change Assessment Tool)
- Support QMS Governance administrative tasks such as updating verified data in databases and managing shared email inboxes
- Assist with routine KPI reporting, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and assignment of training materials (PowerPoint, video, working instructions, etc.)
- Explore solutions to technical challenges and bring a digital mindset to daily activities, pursuing efficiency and optimization
- Share ideas and support our team’s vision
- Depending on your background and skills, you may be assigned additional tasks and projects
Who Are You:
- Student or recent graduate (<3 years) with a background in Quality, Administration, IT, or programming (preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced analytical users (e.g., Excel and Power BI) are a plus
- Customer-oriented
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1). Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
- Based in Spain (reference office: Tres Cantos, Comunidad de Madrid)

- Available full-time, Monday–Friday
