In this role you will have solid experience of driving SW/Game quality with in-depth understanding of software design, implementation and integration and you will identify quality issues and bugs as early as possible in the development cycle. Also, this requires strong test strategies and experience which challenge the software to ensure a very high level of quality.  Job TitleProject Manager (Quality Assurance) Organization, LocationEA Korea QA team, Seoul.  Responsibilities:you will lead and deliver QA transformation projects by building advanced QA processes, technical enablement, and scalable collaboration models with internal and external partners.you will align QA project strategies with EA Korea QA and BU leadershipset up QA project strategies aligned with EA Korea/Asia QA organizationdefine project goals, Measurements, and successful metricsAnalyze results and improve actionsShare achievements and best practices across teams you will manage QA ProjectPlan and manage QA projects with end-to-end ownership (scope, schedule, resources, and risk)Deliver measurable outcomes on quality, productivity and efficiencyEstablish clear workflow, R&R, capacity planning based on Return on investmentyou will provide leadership on new Process, automation, technical enablement including proof-of-concept programs and collaboration with QE/engineering teamsGuide QA process optimization and standardization across projectsIntroduce advanced approaches through self-investigation, collaboration, communication with development, QE or EA global partners.your will collaborate with global & 3rd party partners.Manage and scale collaboration with external development and QA partnersAssess external partner's capability and ensure sustainable co-work modelsMaintain work progress visibility across stakeholders Qualifications:total + 7 years of experience in SW Project Management, SW/game development, QA or other IT businesses.+ 1 year of co-working experience with global, 3rd party partners.Solid project management skills including risk management and mitigation.Experience in outsourcing project/process setup and management skills.Clear understanding on Software Development Life Cycle and QA process including advanced development and QA methodologies.Compatible experience in AI-driven process automation.Hands-on experience in process/task management, analytics and communication tools(such as jira, testrail, notion, confluence, power BI, slack, and other equivalents.)Proficiency in English.  About Electronic ArtsWe’re proud to have an extensive portfolio of games and experiences, locations around the world, and opportunities across EA.
