8+ years of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer

3+ years of experience as a QA Lead

5+ years of experience supporting development and testing large scale projects

Experience in leading project teams of test engineers

Experience in managing project time lines to make sure they are communicated to management and meet all deadlines

Experience in test requirements specification, analysis, test plans/procedures, methodologies and management, and test reporting

Knowledge of Automated Test Procedures a plus

Solid communication, planning, presentation, risk assessment, detailed oriented and leadership skills

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science highly desired
