Job Title: QA Analyst F&A (Finance & Accounting)

Job Description:
Perform transactional quality audits for F&A processes (AR, AP, RTR, P2P, OTC)
Conduct RCA, deep dive analysis, and identify improvement opportunities
Provide timely feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, TNI, BQ)
Participate in internal/external calibrations and client reviews
Monitor process performance and ensure SLA adherence
Handle invoicing, PO, PR, GRN, vendor management, and payment issues
Work with ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and finance processes
Good understanding of QA frameworks, 7 QC tools, Six Sigma & Lean concepts
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility:
Minimum 3 years QA experience in F&A domain
Hands-on experience in accounting processes and helpdesk operations
Comfortable with rotational shifts
