Your Pathway to an Aviation Career with Q-ACE
If you’re in your second year of an undergraduate Aviation degree, the Qantas Group Aviation Career Enrichment Programme (Q-ACE) is your opportunity to gain industry insights and prepare for future roles in aviation. Through Q-ACE, you’ll receive ongoing support and guidance, including the ability to update your aviation experience every six months. Once you meet the minimum direct entry pilot recruitment requirements for a Qantas Group airline, you’ll be invited to attend a Qantas Group Assessment Centre, subject to operational needs.
