Managed Services | Finance Team Leader (AP) PwC Managed Services is looking for an experienced Finance Team Lead to oversee Accounts Payable (AP) operations. This is a leadership role within a structured, highperformance environment, ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong people management skills. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor a team delivering AP processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence; Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, billing, collections, and reconciliations across multiple markets; Drive monthend close activities, including journals, accruals, and IFRSaligned reporting; Monitor KPIs and SLAs, implement process improvements, and champion automation initiatives; Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution; Support governance and internal controls within the PwC Managed Services framework. What you’ll bring: 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in team leadership roles; Proven background in SSC/GBS environments managing AP teams; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Strong knowledge of ERP SAP (other ERP’s are a plus) and advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
